In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "ta1971", "we", "us", "our" refers to the ta1971 platform and its operating entity.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the ta1971 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the ta1971 website accessible at ta1971.ws, including all pages, features, games, and services available thereon.

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on the ta1971 Platform. Where ta1971 detects multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method — all such accounts will be suspended, bonus credit will be cancelled, and the matter may be escalated for further review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ta1971 will never ask you to reveal your password by email or any other communication. Any activity conducted through your account — including any losses incurred — will be treated as having been authorised by you unless you have notified ta1971 of unauthorised access in writing without delay.

You agree to use the ta1971 Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law.
• Creating or using a false identity or misrepresenting your personal information.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or associated networks.

ta1971 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that it reasonably believes was placed or achieved through prohibited conduct, irrespective of whether the conduct is later proven. ta1971's determination on all matters relating to prohibited conduct is final.

ta1971 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are typically credited to your ta1971 account balance within minutes of transaction confirmation. ta1971 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. ta1971 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

ta1971 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or card issuer may apply their own transaction charges, over which ta1971 has no control or liability.

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). If you initiate a transaction from a different currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by your payment provider, and ta1971 accepts no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees.

ta1971 is not a bank or financial institution. Funds held in your ta1971 account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

ta1971 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, or Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria for the specific promotion, which may include requirements relating to deposit method, account status, or geographic location.

The ta1971 sports betting section covers a range of markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All sports bets placed on ta1971 are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted up until the market closing time displayed in the betting interface. In-play bets may be accepted during a live event subject to market availability.
• ta1971 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to a technical error or human error, or where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was accepted.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled and not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled start time, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless alternative rules are specified for the market.
• Odds are subject to change without notice up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• ta1971's ruling on all matters relating to sport bet settlements — including the determination of match outcomes, applicable rules, and the resolution of disputes — is final and binding.

All casino games available on ta1971 — including slots, live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, crash games such as Monster Crash, Super Keno, and all other game formats — are governed by their individual game rules displayed within the game interface. The following general conditions apply to all casino gaming on ta1971:

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to completed identity verification and the satisfaction of any pending wagering requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, ta1971 reserves the right to retain the balance as compensation for the costs incurred in managing the breach.

ta1971 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if ta1971 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

ta1971 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors beyond ta1971's control may affect availability. ta1971 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of ta1971 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and ta1971 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings relating to the same subject matter.
